The Route

We have worked to develop a route that is accessible for any rider. Whether expert or novice, we will be making pit stops every 50 KM to hydrate, refuel, stretch, and connect as a team. 

The proposed route is:

Day 1: Toronto to Cobourg (121 KM)
Day 2: Cobourg to Picton (108 KM)
Day 3: Picton to Queen’s University, Kingston (64 KM)
Day 4: Kingston to Smiths Falls (107 KM)
Day 5: Smiths Falls to Ottawa (96 KM)

Variations on the route are possible as there are sections of the trail that may be inappropriate for riding on a road bike.  An alternate route has been developed for each day that terminates at the same points as the route mapped here.
